Title: | Hardware platform development and real-time detection algorithm implementation for wireless body sensor network | Authors: | Huang, Kan. | Keywords: | DRNTU::Engineering::Electrical and electronic engineering::Wireless communication systems | Issue Date: | 2007 | Abstract: | In the past ten years, advance in biological, chemical, wireless communication, energy storage, MEMS technologies, the development of networks of low-cost, low-power multifunctional sensors is rapidly becoming reality. Wireless Body Sensor Network (BSN) consists of a number of implantable and wearable body sensors (nodes) to accurately capture of data from sensor which it is connected, carries out low level processing of data, and wirelessly transmits this information to base-station. The data from all the sensors is in this way collected by the base-station, processed further, and fused before being wirelessly transmitted to PC station via Zigbee® or Bluetooth®, etc. | Description: | 69 p. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10356/39170 | Schools: | School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering | Fulltext Permission: | restricted | Fulltext Availability: | With Fulltext |
