Lack of sleep can be seen in both causing illness and the cause of the illness. Or study found that there have been a link in the amount of movement in our sleep as compared to the stages of the sleep. The amount of movement generally peaks as it enter stage 1 of the sleep cycle and starts to decrease as the goes further into the sleep.
