Title: | Fabrication and characterization of Si/transition metal oxide solar cells | Authors: | Song, Ruilin | Keywords: | DRNTU::Engineering::Electrical and electronic engineering | Issue Date: | 2019 | Abstract: | This report studies the effect of various Transition Metal Oxides (TMOs), back contacts and texturing on the photovoltaic and diode parameters of Si/TMO hybrid solar cells and aims to find a cost-effective way of fabrication while providing high efficiency. The report will also review previous studies on the fabrication and characterization of the hybrid solar cells and discuss the basic theories with an in-depth explanation of the various photovoltaic parameters measured experimentally. The fabrication process used in this project will also be presented. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10356/77657 | Schools: | School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering | Rights: | Nanyang Technological University | Fulltext Permission: | restricted | Fulltext Availability: | With Fulltext |
