William Henry CLUNE is a consultant, lawyer, and entrepreneur in Singapore, Sweden, and the US who has worked for more than 20 years in sustainable economic development and environmental protection. Focusing on the global potential of equitable and inclusive sustainable development, the key roles of cities in addressing climate risk, solutions oriented approaches to climate change adaptation projects, environmental law and regulatory baselines (US, EU, and ASEAN), and law & economics incentives, he works with corporations, governments, universities, and third sector clients.
