Dr. Xi Zou received a BBA in Information Science from the Lingnan University in Hong Kong and a PhD in Organisational Behavior, from Columbia Business School in the United States. Her research draws on social psychology to understand how culture and motivation shape people’s judgments, decision-makings, and behaviors, and the implications for interpersonal dynamics and job performance. Her work has been published in the top management and psychology journals such as Academy of Management Review, Psychological Review, and Journal of Personality and Social Psychology. Before joining NBS, she was a faculty at London Business School in the United Kingdom. She has extensive experience in teaching leadership development, organizational change, and business negotiation.
