Roger Winder has been with the Language and Communication Centre since January 2008. He obtained his Master of Arts in English Language from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1996, and has since had teaching experience with NUS, Singapore Management University, the National Institute of Education, and SIM University. His research interests include critical linguistics, language teaching methodology, and computer-assisted learning.
Roger Winder has a keen interest in the field of critical linguistics and critical discourse analyses, but has more recently started exploring doing research in Language Teaching and Learning, Technology in Language Teaching and Learning, Communication and Culture, Discourse, Text and Genre Analysis, Language for Specific Purposes, Language and Culture, and Language Attitudes and Identity.
