Hyo Jung Lee is a social gerontologist who has interdisciplinary academic backgrounds in gerontology, social work, and psychology with research experience in geriatric psychiatry and psychiatric epidemiology. She was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the School of Aging Studies at the University of South Florida. Her research agenda embraces the sociological aspect of aging and health, with a focus on late-life social relationships, health behaviors, and quality of life and death.
