Vivek is interested in Data-driven Operations Management problems. Currently, he focuses on two research streams: Behavioral Operations Management and Supply Chain Management. His recent works examine the implications of technology on behavior and devise interventions to improve performance. He employs various empirical methodologies such as econometric methods, machine learning, and field experiments. He also serves as an advisor to several start-ups.
