My research focuses on medical education and is in three main areas. The first is exploring how doctors make clinical decisions, a process known as diagnostic or clinical reasoning. The second is medical student transitions, and currently, I am part of the team studying the transition and preparedness for practice of our final-year students as they transition to PGY1. The final area of interest is in anatomy education.
