Patricia Lai has a passion for mentoring and coaching youth in employability skills. She has trained youth in Career Development, Communication, Wellbeing, Critical and Creative Thinking and Audience Research at institutes of higher learning. She has extensive corporate experience having worked as a cable TV broadcast professional in charge of channel management, program acquisition, scheduling and consumer analysis.
Patricia Lai obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the National University of Singapore (majoring in Mass Communications and Psychology) and a Masters in Education from James Cook University, Australia.
