Art maker, educator and Georgette Chen scholarship recipient, Paul Lincoln received a MFA (Painting) from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia in 1999 and is currently a Senior Lecturer and Head of the Visual and Performing Arts academic group, National Institute of Education. With interest spanning Art practice and technology, mixed reality technologies and human - computer interaction to its impact on learning and education. Paul has participated in notable New Media Art exhibitions such as Festival Ars Electronica, MAAP, Nokia Singapore Arts and was the key driver in the development of learning tools such as the Iskandar Jalil virtual exhibit at NIE and 'Teachers Pet' chatbot teaching assistant.

Paul currently has a concurrent role as Director, NTU Art and Heritage Museum
