Dr Gaydos Matthew Joseph

Matt Gaydos joined the Office of Education Research in NIE in 2022. Previously, he has worked in or with institutions globally, including as an Assistant Professor at Akita International University, as a research scientist at MIT, a visiting researcher at ETH, and as a policy intern at the White House.
His research interests include the design and study of educational games for use in formal classroom settings, and he investigates how such games can effectively, reliably, and practically used to support student learning.
