Dr ZHU Tianming is an Assistant Professor at the Mathematics & Mathematics Education Academic Group of the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University. Dr Zhu received her PhD in statistics from the National University of Singapore. Her main research interests include hypothesis testing problem for high-dimensional data and multivariate functional data, and supervised classification problem for functional data. She also has interests in synthesizing tabular data using Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Variational Autoencoder (VAE), anomaly detection using Autoencoder and brain MRI classification problem.
