Dr. Haiyang Liu is an assistant professor in the Nanyang Business School (NBS) at Nanyang Technological University. Prior to joining NBS, he was an assistant professor in the Department of Management at the London School of Economics (LSE) and Political Science. He also served as the Director of the Ph.D. program for the Organizational Behavior Division.
His research in organizational behavior focuses on personality, employee wellbeing, and new technology. His work has appeared in peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Human Relations.
