Zhongjian got a Bachelor's degree from the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Tsinghua University in 2016, then a PhD from the Department of Mathematics at The University of Hong Kong in 2020. Before joining NTU, he worked as a William H. Kruskal Instructor at the University of Chicago from 2020 to 2023.
Applied and computational mathematics, including but not limited to, generative models, particle formulation of PDE, reduced order models, and topological insulators.
