Mohammad Samizadeh Nikoo received his PhD in electrical engineering at EPFL in 2022, where he focused on innovative electronic devices based on GaN and VO2, as well as new integrated devices based on plasma. He then joined Integrated Systems Laboratory at ETH Zurich as a postdoctoral researcher, where he worked on realization of new types of high-speed devices on zero-change CMOS commercial processes. He is now an assistant professor with the school of electrical and electronic engineering at NTU Singapore. His current research interest lies on ultrafast electronics for future information technologies.
