Abstract: It has been shown previously that the strong solution to the Navier-Stokes equation for an incompressible fluid can be written in the form of an integral mapping that involves the Green’s function of the heat equation. In this work, it is demonstrated that the Reynolds number is the main parameter that controls the solution stability.
