Abstract: This report seeks to explore the feasibility of a class action regime in Singapore, whereby individual claims can be grouped into a collective class under a formalized process. An analysis of class action regimes in other jurisdiction is undertaken, with the ultimate aim of proposing a class action framework adapted to the needs of Singapore.
