Effects of formation method and project deadline on team member's behaviour expectation.

Abstract

Teams are becoming more prevalent in both schools and in the working world. Having the ability to share and exchange information can lead to better learning experiences and increase efficiency in accomplishing goals. This project aims to study the behavioural expectation of students in instructor randomly assigned and student self selected teams. Also we want to examine the teams behavioural expectations change with different deadlines.
