Abstract: The focus of this study was to use HEXACO-Personality Inventory model to find out the relationships between personality and work-related variables, such as job satisfaction and job performance. In addition, we also compared the new model with the popular "Big Five" model, to show whether HEXACO could predict a better relationship. Most importantly, this report showed the practical implications of our study to the working world, which might be useful for recruitment and training.
