Near-infrared light is converted by upconversion nanoparticle into shorter wavelengths that can readily be absorbed by rGO. Further coupling of plasmonic layer increased upconversion emissions and rGO absorption, resulting in an overall enhancement of photoresponsivity by 10 times.||URI:||https://hdl.handle.net/10356/103478
