Abstract: This study seeks to explore the type of personality traits and job characteristics that determine job creativity. Thus, with the understanding that individuals possess different personality traits and the interaction effects creative-relevant personality traits have with job characteristics, organizations can create an environment that develop and unleash individuals’ job creativity.
