|Keywords:||DRNTU::Social sciences::Communication::Audience research||Issue Date:||2005||Abstract:||Promoting the use of online feedback channels is an important component of the Singapore government’s strategy to foster an active citizenry. While building on an earlier e-government survey (Li, Detenber, Lee, & Chia, 2005), this study aims to identify the main factors influencing the use of online feedback channels. This study has integrated the theory of planned behavior (TPB) with the technology acceptance model (TAM), attitude toward target and political internal efficacy.||URI:||http://hdl.handle.net/10356/1053||Rights:||Nanyang Technological University||Fulltext Permission:||restricted||Fulltext Availability:||With Fulltext|
