Abstract: This study aims to identify the important attributes that customers derive their overall satisfaction from when they patronize coffee bars. An analysis of the performances of five coffee bars -- Burke's, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Coffee Club, Dome and Starbucks -- will be carried out. The customer profiles of the coffee bars are also highlighted. Subsequently, this report aims to explore the possible factors that led to the strong growth in the coffee retailing business.
