Abstract: The purpose of this research is to examine the factors that constitute the value of country club memberships as perceived by club members. Five factors have been identified as positively related to the perceived value of country club memberships. These include service quality, prestige, location, facilities, management and investment value. A market research was conducted by surveying the country club members and the data collected from four participating country clubs.
