Case study of the accounting and management information system of a local manufacturing company.

Abstract

This project is a critique of the current accounting and management information system in a garment manufacturing company. The internal control system of the company is also analysed and suggestions recommended. Subsequently, this project explores the information needs of decision-makers within the company and recommends alternative ways of improving the current system.
