dc.description.abstractThe main focus of this research is to examine the reasons behind the depreciation of the East Asian currencies and the factors that led up to the Asian Currency Crisis. This study also explores the lessons learnt from the Asian Currency Crisis and examines the issues of crisis prevention and currency management. Additionally, an analysis of the current economic status of the affected East Asian nations is also given.en_US
