Abstract

The multiple case study research methodology approach retains the holistic and meaningful characteristics of individual organisation life cycles and managerial processes. The research team is also able to add direct and systematic observations through the face to face interviews and company visits to get the complete picture. The design of the questionnaire is primarily based on the MacKinsey's 7-S framework which helps to bring out the organisational issues within a company.
