An analysis of Singapore Telecom annual reports : a communications perspective

Abstract

SingTel has gone through a series of changes during the last decade, including its privatisation, the liberalisation of the telecommunications industry, its listing on the stock exchange which made almost every CPF account member a shareholder and its forays into the global arena. This paper covers how and whether these changes were effectively communicated to its shareholders via SingTel’s annual report, focussing on the information communications aspects of these annual reports.
