dc.description.abstractThis project attempts to identify the impact of the SilkAir crash on Singapore Airlines and SilkAir as the crash accident that occurred may have a profound effect on Singapore Airlines and SilkAir’s operations and image. The motivating factor to do this study is to find out the impact of the crash on our leading airline. The study is carried out through a personally administered questionnaire.en_US
