Abstract: This paper aims to find out what people really look for when deciding which coffee cafes to go to, the implications for coffee cafes’ managers as well as the future trends of coffee cafes. The methodology utilised and the survey data obtained are presented along with a final analysis of the variables that affect consumers’ choice of coffee cafes. Under the research methodology section, the research design, sampling procedures and the data collection method will be touched on.
