We have realized that it is easier for local entrepreneurship to flourish if an appropriate environment exists to nurture entrepreneurs. Hence, we have decided to explore the elements promoting entrepreneurship in Singapore. Our project focuses on motivational factors, namely, entrepreneurial traits and institutional as well as non-institutional factors. Based on the interviews conducted, we have managed to find some correlation between theoretical findings and practical realities.en_US
