Abstract: More than two decades have passed since the US troops withdrew from Saigon, Vietnam. Today, Vietnam has recovered much of its charm and beauty from the ruins of war. However, the country is still relatively unknown to many people. Our team has decided to study and analyse the factors relating to the Vietnamese tourism industry and its environment. A thorough understanding of the situation will thus allow us to formulate marketing strategies for the country.
