Abstract: This research project was designed to test if the basis of Beck’s [1988] model could be supported with empirical evidence. Data was collected from a group of Singapore International Airlines (SIA) expatriate pilots and their spouses using a questionnaire survey during a series of cross-cultural courses. After which statistical tests such as Cronbach’s Alpha Test, Descriptive Statistic and Spearman’s Correlation were carried out on the data collected using SPSS.
