Employers and employees in the insurance industry - an assessment of their expectations and demands.

Abstract

This research project seek to examine the expectations and demands of employers in the insurance industry against those of Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP) insurance graduates. Through the use of two questionnaires, one for the employers and the other for the employees, the authors attempt to find out what both employers and employees want and endeavour to bridge the gaps between the differences in their needs and wants with recommendations.
