Abstract: UAVs, commonly referred to as drones, have been used extensively in various civil applications, such as surveillance, national border's patrol and rescue operations. Amazon is currently developing its new generation of its air delivery using drones. The major drawbacks of drone is its limited operating time and landing accuracy which render it difficult for use in urban build up area. In fact, the margin of error for autonomous landing using GPS is more than 1 meter. This positioning accuracy is further aggravated by adverse weather conditions. [Peer Assessment Review]
