Abstract: The subject of interest in our research is subordinates’ perception of female managers in Singapore. Through this research, we hope to provide feedback to the population of female managers in Singapore and enhance their effectiveness. We applied the Leadership Inventory Style developed by Reardon, Rowe and Bennis in the construction of our questionnaire and as a basis for our recommendations.
