Abstract: In this project, our team seeks to find out the long-term effects of ERP through the study of the impact of ERP on drivers’ behaviours. Although there have been many road pricing theories to explain the decrease in traffic flow when a road pricing scheme like ERP is being implemented, the impact of road pricing on drivers’ behaviours per se has attracted little attention. In this study, we try to establish how drivers of different characteristics respond to road pricing.
