Abstract: This report attempts to research on the premium bus services and look into the marketing aspects of such services. We found that not much literature is done in this area particularly in Singapore. This is probably due to the fact that it is a relatively new concept. We chose Bus-Plus Services Pte Ltd to be the subject of our study as we recognise that it is the pioneer company to offer such services.
