Issue Date: 1998
Abstract: Singaporean expatriates are a recent phenomenon. In recent years, Singapore has been building an external wing of economy to supplement her small domestic market. As a result, there is a growing demand for Singaporean expatriates to oversee these foreign investments, especially in China. However, there is not much research on the topic. The purpose of this study is to uncover the key success factors pertaining to this group of Singaporeans.
