Singapore's drive to recruit foreign talent : perspectives of Singaporeans and foreigners.

Abstract

Foreign talent is the focus of this project, which aims to study various aspects of the effects of the influx of foreigners to Singapore. We will limit the discussion of foreign talent to P and Q work passes holders under the new work passes system. Firstly, we look at international immigration, in terms of the reasons for international immigration and its consequences. Thereupon we discuss the recent inflow of human capital to Singapore.
