Abstract: This final year project features Marina Country Club & Resorts (MCC) as the client. As MCC aims to revamp its image, which was tarnished by its history of bad press due to debts incurred by its previous management, this project aims to nullify this ill reputation and to position the club to suit its target audience. This is done to establish a niche of its own as a country club with unique marina facilities.
