Abstract

Within a span of less than a year, banks in Singapore have progressed from having only corporate web sites to offering online banking services. Who uses Internet banking services. How do they perceive these services? How do young Singaporeans feel about online banking? What are the qualities an online banking service need to possess before it gets accepted by the masses? These are some of the issues our team wanted to resolve.
