Review of financial crisis and its implication.

Abstract

The main focus lies in identifying the main causes behind the recent Asian crises, with particular attention to the Thai Baht crisis. Given the continuous occurrences of crises, there is also an objective of understanding previous studies on the predictability of crises. To be aware of what are the variables that can be used to predict vulnerability of crises, and ultimately to understand why all those predication models are not successful.
