dc.description.abstractThis Applied Research Project aims to obtain mobile phone subscribers' opinion of the two service providers as well as their perspective of the mobile phone market. The findings of the report indicate that subscriber perceived that there have been changes in the market with the entry of M1. Respondents perceived that the introduction of M1 has resulted in improvements in customer service, lowering of prices, and more frequent mobile phone related advertising and promotional campaigns.en_US
