Abstract: This project aims to analyse the market potential for a café business in a neighbourhood shopping centre. Jurong Point (JP) was used as the neighbourhood shopping centre and Coffee Club Xpress and Delifrance as benchmarks for our proposed marketing mix for the new business. A survey questionnaire was designed to gather information on the coffee-drinking frequency of the respondents.
