Abstract: The scheduled flights industry in Singapore is developed and well into its maturity stage. On the other hand, non-scheduled flights, or charter flights are rarely utilised in the leisure travel markets despite its success in Europe. A feasibility study was thus done to investigate the present and future prospects of the local charter airline industry.
