dc.description.abstractThis study was undertaken with the intention to present a comprehensive study of estate planning practices in Singapore and to examine the necessity of estate planning for the average Singaporean. Public awareness and perception of estate planning were assessed and professional opinions from estate planning practitioners were sought. Future outlook of estate planning was discussed and various recommendations to increase the public’s awareness of estate planning were given.en_US
