Abstract: The aim of this paper seeks to explore the relationship between employee engagement and employee’s intention to quit. As employee engagement consists of several drivers, the focus of this paper will be on four main ones. Past research has been conducted on the key drivers of employee engagement and an extensive amount of research has also been done on the employee’s intention to quit. This research paper will therefore bring these two entities together and explore the relationship between them
