dc.description.abstractThis study examined the use of Codes of Ethics in 9 firms in Singapore. Methods used include interviews with the human resource personnel and analyses of the Codes requested from the companies. Findings revealed that Codes, were not used as a critical tool to regulate ethical behavior in the companies.en_US
